What should we expect on the first call?
You'll speak with a Respyre advisor to understand your goals, your team's current wellness challenges, and what success looks like for your company, including your priorities, what's working vs. what isn't, and recommended next steps.
How long does the first call last?
Most first calls run 30–45 minutes. If multiple stakeholders join, we can extend to 60 minutes to cover everything properly.
Is there a fee for the call?
No. The discovery call is completely free. The goal is to confirm fit and map a clear plan before you commit to anything.
What should we do to prepare?
Come with a quick snapshot of your team and what you want to improve: employee count, work type, top issues (energy, stress, absenteeism, culture), and any current wellness efforts. Helpful, but not required.
What happens after the call?
We'll send a short recap with the recommended plan, timeline, and what implementation looks like. If it's a fit, we book onboarding and set up your company inside the Respyre platform.
Will we know pricing after the first call?
In most cases, yes. If we need more detail (multiple locations, shift work, complex needs), we'll confirm scope and finalize the exact package on a short follow-up.
